  5. You need 3/4 cup of Chicken stock or broth.
  6. Prepare 1/4 of diced onion.
  7. You need 1 clove of garlic.
  8. Prepare of salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Mexican Macaroni & Meat step by step

  1. Saute onions in a bit of oil.
  2. Add ground beef to pan and season with salt,pepper,garlic powder,cumin, chili powder, & turmeric.
  3. Cook meat until no longer pink and add garlic and chili peppers. Cook for 20 more seconds.
  4. Add tomato sauce & chicken stock and season sauce to taste with salt and garlic powder, bring to boil then simmer on low.
  5. In another pot, boil noodles til just done, drain and rinse in cold water.
  6. Add drained noodles to sauce. Serve with refried beans and warmed flour tortillas. Enjoy!.
